Description

Ceramic Media for Vibratory Finishing

Comprehensive and flexible, it enables you to match media composition, density, shape and size to your exact mass finishing requirements in use with vibratory deburring machines.

Quality Control

Product quality is evaluated at all 4 stages of the manufacturing process:

  • Mixing
  • Extrusion and Forming
  • Drying and firing of course all products receive an additional final performance test.

Tighter Tolerances: To offer you closer tolerances, we have cut our allowed diameter variation in half on products 1/2″ or smaller.

Reduced Effluence: Because of lower media wear, you will reduce the amount of effluence you generate. Lower Unit Cost Reduce your cycle time and media consumption by using our fast-cut compositions.

There are different types of ceramic media for vibratory machines: non-abrasive, light cut, medium cut, and fast cut.
